Prepare the questionnaire
Open Company settings › Forms. gridOS comes with a Brand questionnaire and briefs for naming and websites: click Use this model and change what you want. Or start a New form. Questions can be short or long text, choices, a scale, a date, files, pictures to choose from or links.
Send it
- Open the client › Questionnaires.
- Click Send questionnaire, choose which one and, if you like, the project.
- The client gets it by e-mail and in their portal, and can answer on the phone.
Use the answers
Open the answers and click Copy to the brief: they go into the project's brief.
The automation "Accepted proposal → questionnaire" sends it by itself when a proposal is accepted. See Automations and webhooks.
