Open Company settings › Automations. Each one is off until you switch it on, and each has a history of what it did.
- Accepted proposal → project template
- Accepted proposal → questionnaire
- Overdue invoice → reminder
- Deliverable approved → next step
- Task in review → notice
- Project completed → archive and testimonial
- Website request → lead and follow-up
- Quiet lead → reminder
- Questionnaire answered → brief
- Portal request → person
Only owners and admins set up automations.
Webhooks
For developers: Company settings › Integrations › Advanced › Add webhook. Give the address and choose the events (new client, invoice paid, proposal accepted…). Test sends a sample, and the last deliveries are listed with the answer. Each delivery is signed (HMAC-SHA256) with the key you can copy there.
