The whole client, on one screen. Projects, deadlines, files and invoices together.
Built by a studio. For studios.
gridOS grew out of the day-to-day of a branding studio. One place for clients, deadlines and money, calm enough to keep open all day.
Built for creative studios
Clients, projects, proposals, payments and your team. Together, instead of a spreadsheet, a drive and a group chat.
14 days free · No credit card · Ready in a minute
The whole client, on one screen. Projects, deadlines, files and invoices together.
Signed, then paid. An e-signed contract and a Pix, boleto or card charge.
Feedback on the exact spot. Clients comment right on the file.
What to do now. Home picks your next step by what is most urgent.
A project’s client, deadlines, hours and invoices live in one place. Change it once, and it is changed everywhere.
Clients and projects
Open a client and everything is there: projects, deadlines, files, notes and invoices.
Clients with tax ID, legal name and several contacts.
Projects with phases, templates and a timeline.
Files and notes inside each project.
The profit of each project: budget, hours and expenses.
Money
Proposal, contract, invoice and charge on one path. Charges mark themselves paid.
A proposal accepted from a link becomes the project and its first invoice.
A contract signed electronically, with the signed PDF kept.
Pix, boleto and card through your Asaas account, with automatic reminders.
The NFS-e issued from the invoice, and a month-end export for your accountant.
Client portal
One link with your logo and colour. Your client approves, comments, pays and signs, without an account.
Comments pinned on a PDF page or a moment in a video.
Approvers and a deadline. You see who still has to approve.
Invoices to pay, proposals to accept and contracts to sign.
In English, Portuguese or Spanish, by the client’s country.

Requests from your website form and times booked through your scheduling links land in the pipeline on their own.
Your own stages, dragged along, with value, source and tags.
Follow-ups with a date, and a warning when a lead goes quiet.
E-mail a lead from gridOS; it stays in the lead’s history.
Won? The lead becomes a client and a proposal in one step.
