gridOS was born from the real needs of people who do this work.
Creative work rarely fits the tools sold to run it. The client list ends up in one place, deadlines in another, invoices in a spreadsheet and the decisions that matter in a chat nobody can search. Every handoff between those tools is a chance for something to be updated in one place and forgotten in the others.
So we built the workspace we wanted to use ourselves: one where a project knows its client, its tasks, its meetings and its invoices.
gridOS is built and maintained by the same team, and it keeps being shaped by day-to-day studio work.
No weeks of setup. The structure a studio needs is already there when you sign in.
Clients, deliveries, approvals and rounds of changes are part of the product, not something you configure.
No feature tiers and no add-ons. The only thing that changes is the size of the team.
