Plain answers about who can see your workspace, where it is kept and what happens to it. Nothing here is a promise we cannot keep today.
Each studio's data is kept apart in the database itself: a signed-in person can only read the workspace they belong to.
Roles for owner, admin, member, viewer and freelancer, and a switch per person for areas such as finances, clients and files.
With a password, Google or Microsoft. Passwords are stored scrambled, never as written. Two-step verification comes with recovery codes, and you can see the devices connected to your account.
The database and files are hosted by Supabase, in the United States. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and Supabase states that stored data is encrypted as well. Private files open through links that expire.
A client only sees their own page, reached by a private link. You can add an access code; too many wrong tries lock the portal.
Your plan is paid through Stripe. Card numbers go straight to Stripe; gridOS never sees or stores them.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and the product has no tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
Export all your data yourself, whenever you want: every table in one .zip. You can delete your account and data from Settings. If a plan ends, the workspace is kept for 90 days and you are warned by e-mail before anything is deleted.
What you delete goes to a trash and can be restored for 30 days, and almost every change can be undone.
