Plan and billing

The free trial, choosing a plan, extra users and storage, monthly limits, and changing or cancelling.

The trial

A new studio has 14 days with everything, without a card. Before the end, the owner chooses a plan to keep going. If the trial ends first, the studio is paused and your data is kept for 90 days.

Choose or change the plan

The owner opens Company settings › Plan and billing. The plans differ by team size, active clients and storage; every plan has every feature. Paying yearly costs the same as ten months. Prices are on the pricing page.

  • Extra users: on Studio and Agency, add users one at a time; each one also adds storage.
  • More storage: on any paid plan, pick +100 GB, +500 GB, +1 TB or +2 TB, then Update. The bigger the tier, the less each 100 GB costs. The difference goes on the next invoice.
  • Manage subscription opens the payment page, where you change the card, see the invoices or cancel.

Storage

The plan's storage covers files, chat attachments and deliverables. At 80%, the owner sees a notice on Home with More storage. If you reach the limit, new uploads pause until you free some space or add more; nothing is deleted. You can't pick a smaller tier than your files already use.

Monthly limits

Each plan sends a number of e-mails to clients a month (invoices, proposals, reminders, portal links; every address counts, copies included) and lets your clients and team download a number of GB (Solo 20, Studio 100, Agency 300, plus some for each extra user and storage pack). Plan and billing shows how much you have used this month, and from 80% the owner sees a notice on Home. Each plan also has a number of questions to Ask gridOS a month (Solo 50, Studio 200, Agency 600, plus 30 for each extra user), counted in Plan and billing too; the guides themselves are always free.

  • At the e-mail limit, sending stops until the 1st, or until you move to a bigger plan. The app tells you why.
  • Past 150% of the downloads, the client portal pauses files until the 1st; your team's app keeps working.

Only the owner manages the plan.
