In Payments › Overview, click Monthly report, or search for it in ⌘K. It's for the owner and admins. The arrows change the month, and each headline number is compared with the month before.
What it shows
- Hours logged: per person, against the hours they had that month (their hours a week, less time off), and what the month's tasks were estimated at.
- Deadlines met: the tasks due that month that were done, and the planned deliverables sent by their date. Late ones are listed and open with a click.
- Money: what came in and what was invoiced, how many invoices were paid on time and, for the late ones, how many days late they arrived on average.
- Client approvals: how long clients took to decide, how many deliverables were approved on the first version, and what has been waiting for more than 7 days.
- What each hour earns: over the last 3 months, what each client paid divided by the hours logged on their projects, with the studio's average. Clients well below average, or with hours and no income, are flagged.
