The NFS-e is issued through your Asaas account, so first connect Asaas (see Pix, boleto and card with Asaas) and set up the service invoice in Asaas: your digital certificate and your city's login are done there.
Set it up in gridOS
Open Company settings › Service invoice. Fill in your tax details. If you like, switch on issuing the NFS-e automatically when an invoice is paid.
Issue one
- Open the invoice. Under the service invoice section, click Issue NFS-e.
- Check the client's CNPJ or CPF and address with CEP, the service and the description.
- Confirm. The status updates when your city answers; Cancel NFS-e is there if you need it.
Month close for your accountant
Company settings › General › Export › Month close: pick the month and download a .zip, or send it straight to your accountant's e-mail.
