Turn it on
- Open the client › Portal tab.
- Click Enable client portal, then copy the link or send it to the client by e-mail.
- If you like, set an Access code the client types once on each device.
See as the client shows the portal exactly as they see it. New link stops the old one from working.
What the client sees
- What's waiting for them first: approvals, invoices, a proposal or a contract to sign, a questionnaire.
- Their projects with the phases and the updates you publish.
- Invoices to see and pay, and files you've shared.
- A conversation with the studio, when you start one in the client's Chat tab.
The portal opens in Portuguese, English or Spanish according to the client's country, and the client can switch. It uses your studio's logo and colour.
Show the project's tasks
On a project's overview, under In the client portal, switch on Show the tasks to the client. In the portal, under Projects, the client then sees what comes next (with dates and what's in progress) and what was done. Only task names, dates and status: subtasks, notes and people stay in gridOS.
To keep one task internal, open it and switch off The client sees this task.
Meetings in your free slots
In Company settings › Integrations, under Meetings with clients, switch on showing your free times in the portal and choose the hours. The client asks for a meeting in one of them. For bookings by people who aren't clients yet, see Scheduling links.
