Asaas is a Brazilian payments company. Each studio connects its own Asaas account; the money goes straight to it.
Connect
- In Asaas, create the API key (Asaas › Integrações).
- In gridOS, open Company settings › Integrations › Asaas.
- Choose Production (Sandbox is only for tests), paste the key and click Connect Asaas. Choose which methods to offer (Pix, boleto, card) and, if you like, late fees and an early-payment discount.
Charge an invoice
On an invoice in reais that has been sent, ⋯ › Create Asaas charge. The client gets a Pix code, a boleto and a card link in their portal. When they pay, the invoice is marked paid by itself.
To do it for every invoice, switch on creating the charges automatically when an invoice is sent.
Charge automatically every month
On a recurring invoice or a monthly retainer, Charge automatically lets the client authorise card, Pix Automático or a monthly Pix/boleto once, and each month is charged without you.
Refunds and charges without an invoice
- A refund made in Asaas takes the payment back off the invoice. A partial refund takes off just that part: the invoice is owed it again, with its reminders paused, and you are told the amount. If it was a discount, edit the invoice's value.
- Charges without an invoice: a charge gridOS couldn't tie to an invoice (from a subscription, or made in the Asaas panel) is listed in Integrations › Asaas › Charges without an invoice. Choose the invoice and click Tie: what Asaas said about it (paid, method, fee) goes onto that invoice. Ignore hides one that isn't from gridOS.
Only invoices in reais, of R$ 5,00 or more. The client's CPF or CNPJ is needed; gridOS asks for it if it's missing. For the service invoice, see Service invoice (NFS-e).
