These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gridOS (the "Service"), available at gridos.cc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
gridOS is a shared workspace for agencies to manage companies, projects, calendars, payments, team members, and related files.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use gridOS. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Workspaces and team members
When you create a workspace, you become its owner. You can invite other members, who will be able to view and edit the workspace's data according to their assigned role. You're responsible for managing who has access to your workspace.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and files you upload to gridOS ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You're responsible for having the right to upload and share any content you add, including any client or third-party data you enter about your business.
Storage. Each workspace has a storage limit that depends on its plan, shown on our pricing page, and a maximum size per file. When a workspace reaches its limit, new uploads are paused until space is freed or the limit is raised. We do not delete Your Content for that reason.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use gridOS for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious code, or content that infringes on someone else's rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, workspace, or system
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the privacy of others
6. Fees
gridOS is offered on paid plans, after a free trial. Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page.
Free trial. A new workspace can use gridOS free for 14 days, with no payment details required. When the trial ends, the workspace is paused until a plan is chosen.
Billing. Plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled.
Changing plans. When you change plan or add users, the difference is adjusted on your next invoice.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made. We do not refund periods already paid, except where the law requires it.
Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal.
Failed payments. If a payment fails we will let you know and try again. If it remains unpaid, the workspace may be paused until payment is made.
7. Third-party sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google, your use of that feature is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy.
8. Termination
You may stop using gridOS and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting contact@gridos.cc. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.
Data after a plan ends. If a trial ends without a plan being chosen, or a subscription is cancelled or remains unpaid, the workspace is paused. We keep its content for 90 days so you can return or export it. After that period we may delete it permanently.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
gridOS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gridOS and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, gridOS.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the courts of Brazil.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by posting a notice in the app or by emailing you.
