Proposals and payments

From proposal to paid. Without chasing.

The proposal, the project and the invoices are one chain. What was agreed is what gets invoiced, and you always know what is still open.

Money

Open. Late. Coming in.

One page shows what clients owe, what is late and what is coming in month by month, with a cash-flow forecast.

  • In Brazil: Pix, boleto and card on each invoice through your own Asaas account, marked paid on their own
  • Automatic charging: card, Pix Automático or monthly
  • Payment reminder e-mails that go out on their own, the way you set them
Proposals and contracts

Accepted and signed from a link. Turned into work.

Send the proposal with its contract. The client accepts and signs on the same page, and gridOS creates the project and the first invoice.

  • Electronic signature, confirmed by a code sent by e-mail
  • You countersign, and the signed PDF stays with the proposal
  • A deposit percentage and a "valid until" date

Also part of it.

  • NFS-e (Brazilian service invoice) issued from the invoice
  • The month closed and exported for your accountant
  • Card payments with Stripe, for clients abroad
  • Retainers: a monthly hours package with its invoices already scheduled
  • Expenses with receipts, part payments, and reais, dollars or euros per invoice

The rest of gridOS.
