Install it
Open the account menu (your name, at the foot of the sidebar) › Install the app. It shows the steps for the device you're on:
- Chrome or Edge, on the computer or Android: an Install button.
- Safari on a Mac: File › Add to Dock.
- iPhone: in Safari, Share › Add to Home Screen.
The installed app opens in its own window, like any other app.
Turn on notifications
- Open User settings › Preferences.
- Under Notifications, click Turn on and allow it when the phone asks.
- Do it once on each device. On an iPhone, install the app first.
Choose what reaches you
Under Tell me about, set each kind (messages, tasks, calendar, projects, clients, payments, leads) to:
- Push and inbox: a notification on the phone and a line in the Inbox;
- Inbox only: no sound or banner, just the line in the Inbox;
- Off.
Do not disturb holds the pushes from 8 pm to 8 am and at weekends. Everything still reaches the Inbox.
